These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Invalink (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our
platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use Invalink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your login.
2. Account Registration
To access Invalink, organizations must first create an account. During onboarding, you’ll configure your organization
profile, assign user roles, and select a subscription plan that fits your operational needs. You agree to provide
accurate, complete, and current information throughout this process.
3. Subscription & Billing
Invalink is available through three distinct plans:
- Starter Plan – Free Designed for small-scale use and evaluation. • Up to 50 auto-fill requests per month • Up to 250 stored items • 1 employee account • 1 batch per item No credit card required.
- Premium Plan – $49/month Ideal for growing businesses with moderate inventory needs. • Up to 500 auto-fill requests per month • Up to 5,000 stored items • 4 employee accounts • Up to 4 batches per item
- Enterprise Plan – Custom Pricing Tailored for organizations with advanced operational requirements. • Unlimited auto-fill requests • Unlimited stored items • Unlimited employee accounts • Unlimited batches per item Pricing and terms are determined on a per-organization basis.
By subscribing or purchasing a license, you agree to the applicable fees, usage terms, and operational limits.
Invalink reserves the right to update pricing or plan features with notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All aspects of the Invalink platform—including its design, branding, codebase, workflows, and proprietary
systems—are the exclusive property of Invalink and protected under U.S. and international IP laws. Any unauthorized
use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in legal
action. No part of Invalink may be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of Invalink is also governed by our . You retain ownership of your inventory data, which we
use solely to operate, personalize, and improve the service — including intelligent features like Smart Item Data
Autofill.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but Invalink may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. We
are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for
violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
7.1. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Invalink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the
service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
7.2. Disclaimer of Warranties
Invalink is provided without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Invalink is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of the service.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or
federal courts located in Michigan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Invalink after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
